Orzo Pasta
Ingredients List:
A pack of orzo (500 g)
Two tomatoes
Two green peppers
Two tablespoons of butter
A tablespoon of tomato paste
Half a teacup of olive oil
A coffee spoon of salt
1 liter of water
Preparation:
We fry the orzo in butter and olive oil until it turns golden brown on low heat. We add finely chopped peppers, then add tomato paste, take the tomatoes in a saucepan, mix them for 2 minutes, add hot water and cook on low heat.
It's a very easy and practical rice.
