I have been in the Navy for 19 years 8 months. And since covid I'm not been able to work out. And this will also include being on medical leave 1 yr. I'm now an embarrassing 166 lbs which is 30 lbs overweight for my height. In a few months I'm retiring and I want to fit in my size five, six, seven, eight size clothing. So I'm going to use your work out until I can get my full strength back. Thank you ❤️😊.

Now this is one of my favorites and I see that the curve in her Bach is developing very very nicely along with the top of her but it is really a large muscle that requires the right concentration to shape it and I like watching her befor the mirror.
