I hate being that guy... The pullovers Andrew's training partner is doing are more skullcrusher than pullover. He doesn't get much stretch in his lats (lack of flexibility), and his elbows extend on the pullover portion. You can literally see the tension disappear from his lats at the end of each rep. I still love to see the training vids. Hope to see Andrew take the "O" soon.
