Welcome to the "Chest Day Challenge" with Matt Daciw from Blue Star Nutraceuticals! This intense ladder-style workout will push your chest to its limits. Starting with 1 rep per exercise and climbing to 10, then descending back down, you'll blast through Bench Presses, Dumbbell Flyes, Weighted Chest Dips, and finish with a blitz of 50 Push-Ups. Get ready to sculpt a chest that demands attention!
🏋️‍♀️ Workout
Round 1, 1 Rep.
Round 2, 2 Reps.
Round 3, 3 Reps. Etc.
Go up to 10 reps, then work your way back down to 1 again:
• Bench Press
• Dumbbell Flyes
• Weighted Chest Dips
• Finish with 50 push-ups as quickly as possible

SWOLE! Ouch…made it through the entire thing (thankfully not for time). Started out at 135# for the bench press but dropped to 105# as my shoulder impingement was not having any of it. 25# for the flys. Made it through, grabbed my shake and then realized I forgot the 50 pushups. They were fugly, but done. Again another killer workout. How about something similar to blast the shoulders or arms? Thanks Matt, you rock!!

This depends. Is it the additional weight you don't have to perform the weighted chest dips, not the piece of equipment to do it with, or an injury?

ONLY once you finish the ladder workout, will you finish with 50 pushups (you're only doing this 1x). 🤓
