these are bland for sure, so you'll want to spice it up with some flavor I'd imagine.
Recipe for the go:
1 cup canned chick peas or 1/2 dried they will need to be soaked if dried
1/2 cup oatmeal before it's blended
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
This made about 3 servings for me to have with the canned chicken salad, which was also 3 servings only using half the can.
The only thing I would change is adding more flavor to the chicken salad and crackers.
