7.4 oz/210 g zucchini

4 cloves of garlic, minced
12 oz/340 g chicken
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
4 tsp corn starch
6 tsp water
4 tsp oil
1 tbsp wine
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp black pepper
