This is an incredibly delicious chicken skewer /shashlik recipe that everyone will love.

Delicious Chicken Shashlik/Skewer
Preparation +Marination Time: 15 min +1 hour.
Baking Time: 1 hour+
Serving: 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast (1” cubed) 1 kg.
2. Yogurt ½ cup.
3. Mustard paste 2 Tbsp.
4. Garlic pastes 1 Tbsp.
5. Ginger paste 1 Tbsp.
6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
7. Green chili paste/ slit chili 2 tsp/ 3-4 pcs.
8. Tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp.
9. Salt 1 Tbsp (approx.).
10. Coriander powder 1 Tbsp.
11. Grated onion/ onion powder 2 Tbsp.
12. Oil 1-2 tbsp.
13. Garam masala 1 tsp.
14. White vinegar 1 tsp.
15. Onion chunk pieces (separated the layers) 1 pc.
16. Bell peppers as required.
Procedure:
17. Wash the chicken cubes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add slit green chili and vinegar. Today I’m using slit chili to make it less spicy for our guests. Chili paste is the best.
18. Add all the other spices with yogurt and mix well.
19. Add it to the chicken. Mix it by hand.
20. Add chunk pieces of onion and bell peppers. You can take the bell peppers of your choice. Mix everything well and rest it for 1 hour.
21. Soake some skewers in water for 20 minutes.
22. Pierce the chicken and veggie pieces in the skewers.
23. Bake in a preheated oven at 425F (218 C) for 50 minutes. Then 400 F (200 C) for 10 minutes. After that broil for 2 minutes.
