Made this for lunch with just one ramen pkg. I had no meat, but I had these frozen soy burgers and I just started out frying it, then cut into strips & then adding all the same veggies. I added a touch of honey and sesame oil to the sauce and wow, did it ever bring out the sweetness of the cabbage, carrot, onion and peppers. I had frozen popsicles of some homemade prik nam pla that I placed a bit in the bottom of the bowl. Soooo good. Thank your for an easy and inexpensive recipe. We need these now.

⭐Made this for my family's dinner. Inexpensive and tasy. A keeper! TFS⭐

This dish is so fun to make. Couple packs of ramen, clean out the crisper of semi questionable veggies. With the meatiness of the noodles, this dish does not miss a protein. Especially if you use larger cuts, and or heartier veg. Broccoli, white or yellow onion, carrot, delish!

This was great. I used boneless thigh chicken and tempered it with baking soda, rinsed. I would have used cabbage but had prepacked cole slaw so threw that in. Happy meal. Thanks Nagi.

Tried for the first time, and it came out good. Easy to make. I had to substitute the mirin sauce for rice vinegar and used honey flavored barbecue sauce instead of oyster sauce. Add some egg rolls for side dish and bon appetite. 😃

Got 4 chinese honey kebabs from lenards free today. Im gonna do this with it but cook pasta on the side and add a little of the water for the sauce to be amazing. Never done a stirfry with noodles before. Looks yum though. Thanks for the inspiration!

I can say this is a nice recipe to make instant noodle healthy we can go easy on soy sauce though because of sodium. Otherwise great recipe.

Hi Nagi, I like your recipes. I already tried this one and my family loved it, it was nothing left till the next day lol. May I ask can I double the sauce for a big amount of meat? Thanks for sharing your recipes take care.

This is late but if you still don't know, check out the recipe on her website, it allows you to double or more the serving size and so double or more the ingredients

My sauce turns from being very dark to a light brown soon after adding it to the chicken. I didn't have mirin, could that be the cause?
@Reelreactions9993 жыл бұрын
Yes. Mirin is a naturally sweet low alcohol cooking wine. When it reduces the sugars help to caramelize the chicken darkening it.
@soleio.74212 жыл бұрын
I make a a browning first with brown sugar
@tea_fran6 ай бұрын
how do you get the chicken to caramelize? I've attempted this recipe twice and both times the sauce became too runny - it wouldn't stick to the contents
@incanada835 ай бұрын
@tea_fran, it might help if you'll look this recipe on her website. It's much more detailed and very helpful before following it in this (or other) the video. It helps me, so it might help you 🙂

Miron,oyster, hoisin? What is that,i wanna do this but i dont know the translation
@traceycosta91964 жыл бұрын
These are Asian sauces you can buy in supermarkets. Mirin, oyster and hoisin sauces.
@Romy---3 жыл бұрын
There are no translations. Asian dishes always need Asian ingredients. Just go to an Asian shop. My pantry has a section just for Asian ingredients. You won't regret it! Mirin is not a sauce btw, it's a Japanese rice wine.
