Im from noth east India, i had always had the impression that no good things come from China because its inherently evil. But since i went there in 2019 and interacted with few chinese friends i came to realize that my prejudice were false and most of the information i have been fed in by indian and western media were pure xenophobic propaganda against China. I really wish India and China could settle all our disputes and work together in solidarity as neighbours should. Thank you for enlightening us about China.

Hi, I'm an Indian and I have travelled a lot in trains in my country . Never in my life have I seen a train as crowded as the one shown in thumbnail in real life. Yes there are a lot of problems and china has way better trains than us but for your thumbnail and some part of your video you chose the best of China and the worst of India. See, I'm not against the Chinese . China has achieved a lot of things and we Indian's appreciate the economic miracle they have experienced but we must remember that China is a one party rule system and india is a democracy and things in a democracy are sometimes slower . In democracies even good infrastructure projects have 100s of people objecting .

As an American, I have been to Shanghai and taken the Maglev train from the airport to the city center and back. I was certainly surprised just how advanced China has become in not just transportation, but all areas. Unfortunately, most Americans have never been to China and only know and believe the lies they hear on television. I've travelled around China by train, and the high speed ones are soooooo amazing... really. Even the normal ones are super good. Also the train stations per se are huge, modern and clean. Even the one near Huangshan (Anhui) was an amazing train station, that shocked me cause it is not even a big city or a very developd area but rather a rural one!

China is light years ahead of India, there is just no comparison. About 600 Million people live below poverty line in India; those poor souls can't afford food, and here we are talking about high speed rails.

I am from Malaysia and had travelled in the train in China 10 years ago - it was as run downed as India (ive been to India too Kolkata to NewJalpaiguri). 10 years later I went back to China, its a completely different world and the train system just completely blew my mind. As an Indian i would say straight away that trains in China are way ahead.We do not have high speed bullet trains.Ahmedabad to Mumbai is supposed to get the first bullet train 🚅 but it would take time.India would probably not build that high speed train network to that extent i guess.Govt seems more focussed on Air connectivity. But personally I hate flight journey and i would prefer high speed train anytime.

Indian railways has many issues like speed, hygiene, body design and build quality etc., but it's not the worst in the world. It has the best coverage. In India, railways are the primary lifeline for the poor and middle class. Hence, to maintain the prices cheaper and affordable, the cost of every ticket has to be subsidised. The moment the poor and labour come into the picture, it's very difficult in India to make them maintain hygiene, in fact to be honest this issue is true in the case of educated and rich too India. Moreover, many passengers in the general category don't even buy a ticket. In Mumbai, I used to travel to office through local trains and it was the best (avoided traffic time) and very cheaper but the crowd is super crazy (luckily I used to travel in trans harbour line which is not crowded). I loved New Delhi metro, it's very hygienic and at par with the international standards. Albeit the issues, there are a lot of things that we need to improve in the Indian railways and definitely a lot could be learnt from China. India and China are the super powerful countries in Asia with massive economies and resources. I used to think many time like european union why can't we have an asian unioun. If the countries in EU were separate and independent, they wouldn't have a power in the world like what they have today. If this happens in Asia, Asia could prosper and become the powerhouse of the world. There is a lot of political volatility among India and China, this is definitely a huge barrier and the relations are also not that great now. I'm sure that this new India would have a very different look after a decade because this is our new generation who will make sure that our nation will not only become super power, we'll try our best to make India a supreme power and we also want to maintain a close brotherhood with china and every other nation in the world.
