can you make a video talking about the brand names of the companies behind your cooking equipment and things of that nature. Maybe even where you source your ingredients. I have a hard time finding fresh galangal and the leaves and what not.

Most of the items I use are local brands from Malaysia. There are no specific brands I have used so far.

No, the chicken needs a longer time to cook. So you add potatoes later.

Potatoes will end up disintegrating into the curry if you do that. You're only saving pennies that way.
