My second fav helicopter ever. You CANNOT mistake that sound! Raw power! Really cool to see all the kids excited too. That was me when I was their age. Teaming with joy!

Without any doubt my most favourite military helicopter. Lucky people.

I grew up in meigh village in south Armagh in the 80s and 90s.. seeing the Chinook flying over my village to and from the heliport was always a treat to watch....
