Chipa
Ingredients:
- 400 gr. of cassava starch.
- 100 gr. Sardo / Reggianito cheese (hard pasta).
- 200 gr. Mar del Plata cheese (semi-hard pasta).
- 50 gr. of butter.
- 1 egg.
- 50 cm3 of orange juice.
- 100 cm3 of milk.
Required amount of:
.- Salt.
preparation:
Grate the cheeses.
Place the cassava starch, salt and mix in a bowl.
Add the cheeses. Unify.
Add the previously beaten egg, the orange juice, the butter and the milk.
Mix all the ingredients to form a bun (no need to knead).
Take small amounts of dough and shape it into a chipá with your hands.
Place on a plate previously greased.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
Important
Be careful with the salt! Cheeses already provide a large percentage.
If you want to freeze them, we advise you to cook them for 5 minutes less.
In this way, when you want to consume them, they are removed from the freezer and go directly to the oven for a few minutes.
