Hey Jaclyn! So a year and half ago I was struggling with my semester in nursing school, I had a very intimidating cold instructor that had been stressing me out causing me to doubt myself in nursing school. I left a comment on what of your videos about it and you responded and you were just so sweet. I just feel like I owe it to tell you I’ll be graduating in May and made it through it! Just had to work through it just like any other problem in life. Thanks for being you and so welcoming to your viewers! 😊

The people that are complaining about her rushing in my opinion this is a long video. She's still explaining everything. She has things going on in her life. Those of you saying well it's her job it's crazy that you've never gone through anything. No matter what job you do you're allowed to take time for your mental health. It's pretty bad you care more about her adding makeup videos over her mental health. Keep doing you Jaclyn! I hope everything ends up okay for you.

Hank June first of all she's a KZfaqr not a doctor or a teacher etc. She worked hard to get where she is, she works for herself. When you own your own business or work for yourself you can take time off. She is still doing things behind the scenes. If a doctor was going through a hard time they could take time off. My doctor has taken months at a time. When a retail worker is stressed they can go on stress leave for months and return. My point was all of these mean negative comments because what you don't get to see a makeup tutorial? She's dealt with a lot in life so I feel like she deserves a break when needed.

Hank June We aren’t dissecting her life and putting her on trial. There are a million different careers, lifestyles and scenarios as well as mental and health conditions. It isn’t for me, you or anyone else to say that Jaclyn should or should not take time off. We were just trying to be positive and supportive instead of negative and entitled. This entire comment section is out of control. The main point to take away from this is: she doesn’t owe anyone anything. Anyone slinging hate and negativity on here should be ashamed of themselves.

Hank June I work in mental health. Many people take time off work to deal with mental illness and still have their jobs as they go off on medical leaves, no different then if they went out for surgery.

Honestly you were the first beauty guru I started to watch when I was in high school. You were exactly what I've always wanted to be and I started to use makeup after watching your videos. I grew up with you and I can say that you were my very first inspiration about makeup. I'm grateful because thanks to you I can express myself through makeup it is so much fun. People are being rude to you in the comments but believe me everyone who loves Jaclyn TRULY desperately LOVES HER. You cannot be neutral when it comes to you. You either adore you or hate you. I completely agree with you!! All by the high school thing bc I’m 29 and have only been watching for about 3 years but your still me absolute favorite and not only are you talented and completely gorgeous but your so so funny and entertaining!!! I have always loved makeup but you’ve literally made me do exactly what I want like before makeup was just makeup but now I am gonna be a self taught MUA and go for it doing mine and other people’s makeup!! Ppl used to think it’s jus makeup but it so much more than just makeup it’s an art and you have literally been my mentor and going to my dreams!! I personally don’t expect you to upload consistently right now and I say that without any intention of hate but out of love! I’ll just say this - your long time subscribers can tell when there’s something going on in your life that’s a little bit off, whether or not you’re smiling in front of the camera (which, I’m happy to see that smile anyway !) So I can at least speak on behalf of myself and the people who truly care about you when I say that I pray that you come through your difficult time stronger and happier and I wish you the very best ❤️ I look at it as, if you don’t upload then you probably have a pretty big reason not to and need some time to heal and if you do upload, it’ll just be a big, happy surprise. Stephanie Reed Yeah there is more to life than KZfaq but Jaclyn wouldn't have the life she has without it and her subscribers and she owes them more than one video a month. It is her job after all. Any of us who only did our job once a month would be fired in a heartbeat. Her loyal subbies are starting to notice her lack of dedication to KZfaq and it's going to come back to bite her in the ass one of these days unless she steps it up and starts putting more time and effort into her JOB. The reign of Queen Jaclyn may come to an end if she's not careful. There are plenty of beauty KZfaqrs who are just as if not more talented and post videos multiple times a week waiting in the wings to take her place. I say it's time for a dethroning!

Agreed!!! I know KZfaqrs or people in the public eye in general don't want to discuss their personal lives but she hasn't worn her ring in months, photos of her and Jon have been deleted from IG and we never see her snap or IG with him anymore. I just want to know how she's doing if something is wrong because as her subscribers I'd hope she would know that we are here during the good and bad times
