I appreciate Skene's OL-centric analysis but he can be a little hard on JJ. JJ is the primary reason we won that game. THE OUTSTANDING play of the game was the throwback from Donovan to JJ who one-handed it and threw a side arm dime to Roman while getting face smashed into the Rose Bowl turf. CHANGED THE GAME. Simply put JJ outplayed Milroe. Blake and Roman played well on O. Tyler Morris flashed. OL played well. DL played outstanding. Victory for the Ages for the Wolverines. Go Blue!

Semaj’s skill set was more suited for attacking Bama corners with the crossing route game plan. Cornelius isn’t the fastest guy and struggled to get separation most of the game.

UW resembles Ohio teams of 2021--2023. Excellent pass offense, high tempo, complimentary running game & so-so running game. Decent defense but unsure of their physicality (?) Got a feeling they're going to move bw the 20's but stall for field goals. Penix will get his yards passing but UM needs to make him uncomfortable & disrupt his rhythm. I’ve been waiting for Michigan to have a blowout game where JJ throws 50% of the time and the elite two running backs rush for 150 yards of a piece. I feel really good about Michigan 35, Washington 27 Michigan against everybody now we’re down to just one

I thought much of the play calling was overdone. Early on, we ran the ball and and Bama didn't stop us. My question is why didn't they stick with running it til Bama showed they could stop us?( like PSU game)? Run the ball, which, in turn, eats up the clock instead of the sloppy plays. Sherrone Moores play calling wasn't that great.

#74 looked really slow @ 6'7" 360 pounds. I don't know how he'll ever be that great weighing that much, Skene.

Bama and the SEC is tough, but enough of the worship. Bama was only in this game due to Michigan making mistakes, unforced ones. Our D was insane, apparently no one in the SEC can stop Milroe running. Maybe hire Jesse Minter for some coaching lessons. Washington will have far more worries about our offense vs their D than vice versa. Penix played PAC JV team defenses and TX D stinks to high heaven too (on top of multiple fumbles). This game is for Michigan to lose, not WA to win. The line will be 6 or 7 by game time. And Jay Harbaugh needs to be fired. NOW. Muffed punts, missed extra points and field goals, taking punts within the 10 yard line.....gimme a break. That is coaching. And a month off. Oregon is a very good team but they lost to Washington. Oregon had time to prepare but Washington won the rematch as well. Washington is extremely good.

I really think JJ McCarthy has a problem seeing the whole field. There were a few wide receivers, running wide-open down field and he never gave them a look. He always chooses to check down or stare down his receivers.

JJ didn’t play great. Even the last drive he was lucky on the tipped pass. In OT I was hoping for a lot of Blake and maybe a JJ run. Thankfully Blake took over!
