That's the kind of gym I preferred. The more Spartan, the harder I worked out. At my top, I was 6'1", 235lbs, and 6% BF. I was a lean, mean, Army machine. Now I'm a 66yo f*t veteran.

The only thing 4 times bigger will be his Chest, actually the total Upper body girth not the chest muscle. He competes in classic physique meaning he doesn't abuse roids. He is still going to live a decent life until 60, 70 if lucky, provided He gets lucky with no accidents.
