Hi Chris, just want to say thanks, i've been rebuilding myself after a long rest following injuries sustained in both legs while up in the mountains trail running, my usual distances are between 15 to 25 kms and while on rest i found your videos and i got hooked up and started working my upper body at the rate of 3 times per weel and each session last 1.5 hour( chest, abs, triceps..100 each) and lately i have started running again after being given the OK plus also biking about 40 kms per week, when i started with your exercises, with you on the videos i had the impression of you being next to me and encouraging me, so thanks again, now i'm a total fan and this year i will be back in competition since my injuries are over, i feel strong and this year i will be celebrating my 55th birthday....900 sets of free hand exercises per week, 40 kms of mountain bike per week, running 2 times per week 20 kms each time..yeah, i've been talking a lot about you. keep well.

You’re right & That’s great for you, but it will be easier to learn with a stronger base (better quality also) & some people need more of a foundation for many reasons, including their body type, prior skill training etc.

I'm so glad that I learned muscle up in 5 days. It's a record for me and this is because of your videos. It's really helpful - specially the magic spot. I was thinking it's not important but i realized that magic spot is really important. As we are trying to learn muscle up, we think that swingi more is better and helpful but this is not true That's why your magic spot helped me a looot. I have the video of muscle up in my channel You can take a look on it. Thank you so much 🤗

Alright, so I got myself over the bar today! I don't want to say I did my first muscle up because this was with a swing. I used the technique Chris explained in one of his older videos where you swing to extend and touch your toes on the ground and come back from it pulling up. I think I could've done this before but I just didn't try because I kept telling myself "Oh, I'm pretty far from a muscle up right now". This morning I tried it first thing after a short warm up and boom! I think what helped was that I took a break for one day so I was less fatigued. I like working out everyday so that it's just something that's part of my routine and I don't have to think about it, but a break helps I suppose. Anyway, I want to reach a point where I can do it without swinging. I think going forward I want to focus more on the negative because coming down from it feels like a dead drop. Onwards and upwards 💪

I mainly trained weighted and explosive pull-ups + toes to bar and one day I just felt it and pulled myself over the bar which I never thought I could do so quickly. Also I think conditioning your body is very important so maybe a 15-20min run. This whole process took me around 5 months so have fun learning it!!
