I'm black and Latino and watch all makeup gurus because some of their makeup applications are universal. I love Lisa Eldridge. She's professional and have an impressive resume and career. She does a lot of makeup looks for European high-end magazines. For years, I thought I would look like a fool wearing dark lipstick. She make a tutorial on how to wear it. I tried her technique, and now I love wearing dark lipstick. And I feel confident. She is the first makeup professional I started following on KZfaq. No matter who I follow on social media, I always go to Lisa Eldridge when I want a professional opinion.

OMG! I have been needing this tutorial for a while! I am 51 and my eyelids are starting to hood a little and I recently started using cream contour with my bronzer and do not feel like I could ever get it quite right. Also, my highlighter was showing my slight texturization. Your tips and tricks have helped me so much! We are going on a beach vacay in a few weeks and I have struggled with what makeup to take, (my husband says I don't need to take any.,🙄) but after watching this video, I feel that I can take a lot less makeup and still look great and feel glam! LOVE this! Natural is in! I'm almost 49 and do almost all these techniques. The only powder I use is my setting powder and bronser though. Everything else is cream. Thanks for doing this!

I have been struggling for the last year or so with trying to figure out why my base makeup (ie; foundation, blush, concealer etc) just doesn't look good anymore, even though it looked amazing a couple years back and I still did it the same way. This video helps a TON! As a 30 year old I have been struggling for a few years with makeup I actually stopped wearing makeup for the past 3-4years now I'll start to put it on get frustrated take it all off then say eff it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was clearly buying all the wrong things for my "mature skin" sad though because people constantly think I'm still in my very early 20s which is super nice of them but I don't feel like it physically NOR do i feel like I actually look like I'm in my early 20s but that's just me i guess🤣 I have A LOT of work functions coming up & this is definitely going to help me sooooooo much I really appreciate this❤️🙏🏻

You are very knowledgeable and always look flawless when you're done. I have dark circles and maturing skin. I don't wear makeup that often because I never was any good at applying eyeshadow and that concealer always accentuated the wrinkles and fine lines around my eyes and end up in the creases. I just turned 57 and the knowledge you shared from your expertise with makeup has me feeling like I will be able to use concealer and eyeshadow with looking like a clown. I'm going to practice. I enjoy the way you present your makeup influence. You're very inspiring, calm and you make everything easy to understand. Thank you.

This is my first time watching you and I am 55 years old . I subscribed to you after watching the 2023 video and then watched the dos and don’ts very helpful because I don’t like wearing makeup just for dark circles and to give me a lil color and I still can get it wrong but watching you today I’m hopeful. I’m impressed your concealer achieved some Coverage!! Yet did so without looking heavy, dry or caked. The finish of the DC concealer reminds me of Pat McGrath concealer, just healthy beautiful skin…..can’t ask for anything better 😀 Skin Gloss is SO underrated….I love that formula, it applies so perfectly even over powder! It doesn’t emphasize texture & it’s not sticky! It just looks like light reflective skin. Love using the darker shades over bronzer to add a glow &/or the pink shade over blush ….such a fab product!!

Saving money to purchase some of your products, they all look so beautiful ♥️. I’m 60 and one of the biggest differences to look more youthful for me is taking the time to make sure my brows are filled in and lifted upwards. It makes a huge difference for me. Great video , detailed and well explained, SMH…. although for me I just mastered doing my own makeup. I love this video. I’m 36 and loving it lol. I love the contour tips. I have never been able to find any eye concealer that does not crease. I have dry skin and only a few lines but let me tell you, the concealers make me look like an old lady. Maybe I should try yours?

This is why we love her! Minute 18:31, that pallet is very well loved. She isn’t using her pallet for the video, she is using it because that’s what she uses in a daily basis.

Help help help!!! 🙏 every problem you described I have. I'm 35. I love the tips 😍. In my job I have to have a glam look especially in the eyes!! Could you do a video incorporating every thing in this but with a glam eye. A glam look for over 30 the right way.
