You see your computer suddenly start showing you photos of yourself - then a photo of a demonic faced woman right next to you - and then you continue to stay in that house when you could leave...that's on you. I think the reason why Chase didn’t say anything about it is because he had a history of mental issues so maybe he didn’t trust what he saw or didn’t want his sister to think he was being crazy again

Chase getting slowly chased by the clown doll reminds me of the weeping angels from Doctor Who because if you're always looking at them, they don't move but the second you take your eyes off of them, it's over. everything that happens is Margo's fault because she just could not listen to Rebecca and Chase when they said they wanted to leave

Honestly it was all of their faults. You start verifiably seeing haunted stuff in that house, and don't just drag her out when Margo doesn't want to leave? Why was she able to convince them to stay? They're all idiots.

We need a fun movie about a ghost that just didnt feel like dieing yet. The family moves in but instead of jumpscares they come home to dinner making itself and the dog let outside lol. Eventually they all become friends.

I think scary movies have forgotten the first concept of horror. I hate how they always have the cursed objects be creepy already. Like chucky was so creepy cuz it was based on a real doll. Something that already makes it to market because its not creepy. It becomes creepy from the juxtaposition of the innocent looking thing doing evil. If i was a demon i wouldnt use a creepy object to link to a target. Make it a cute doll or fairy wand. Bring the childs nightmares to life. Children can turn any innocent looking thing into sheer terror. Then you can twist other innocent looking things into the nightmare fule. The parents will be put on edge because their kid will be having nightmares. Causing them to lose sleep. Then as time goes on you can start on them. Dont start with jumpscares. You just make sounds at night. Rats in the attic they cant find. A roach scurry across the floor as they step out of the shower. Further the stress with other household objects breaking down. This alone may break some people down. Causing fights. Damaging their love link. Making them easier to manipulate. The number one cause of fights in married couples is usually financial. If they get divorced that makes it even easier. Whoever stays may end up drinking. Making it easier to influence them. Keep pushing and eventually you could probably cause them to commit suicide. Thats when you can strike. Either you gain their soul just for causing the it or you kill them and just make it look liie they did. Then of course the child goes with the survivor. Bringing the toy she likes most. The survivor is weaker from the loss. And bam, you got two. This also probably traumatizes the kid and leaves them open for possession or to continue the process.

Shout out to Margo! She was the one who made pretty much every decision this movie, and somehow every decision ended up helping the crazy murder clown cult! It takes a SPECIAL kind of person to make every single wrong decision you possible can and yet somehow STILL outlast the rest of her group. Go Margo!

Right. Barricade the door to keep demonic spirits out of a room. Because that worked so well in Hell House 2 I seen Hell House LLC 1-3 multiple times and I can tell you barricading the door ended up failing in Hell House 2

I would recommend STOP filming everything because the ghost seemed interested in those that has a video camera. Picture cameras are safe since the detective in 1 and insomnia member in 3 took plenty of pictures and got out without being killed, and the insomnia member even got pictures of some of the ghost in the hotel I even started getting this vibe Patrick was trying to save Catherine by telling her to stop filming him.

Average walking speed of an adult is ~3mph, putting a best-case effort of them walking 12mi back to town at 4h. Considering they're unprepared and in difficult terrain we can assume they'll be far slower than that. If they wanted to have a chance at making it back to town before sundown they'd need to leave before lunch at the latest.
