200g bread flour
20g sugar
3g salt
3g dry yeast
140g milk
20g unsalted butter
10g melted butter
7g cinnamon
30g cane sugar
30g cream cheese
40g powder sugar

小さめで可愛いシナモンロールが出来ました。 ホーローバットにシナモンロールやマフィン並べてキッチンカウンターに並べたらお店屋さんのようで楽しくなりました

I recently had bread lessons and the teacher taught me to add the butter to the flour first when it’s still in the mixing bowl, anyways your recipes are always the best ❤️

ひだまりさん 有難うございました😄 今までどんな動画を観ても生地の捏ね方が（皆さん手元が早くて）わかりませんでした。 初心者でもわかるようにゆっくりと手元をUPして見せて下さり有難うございました。 ひたすら「生地を延ばしては引き戻しの作業の繰り返し」ということでした。 やっとピザやパンに挑戦できそうです。 シナモンロール大好きです。買い置きしていた強力粉がやっと、日の目を見る事が出来そうです😄

今迄、上にかけるアイシングは、粉砂糖を溶かした物で、作っていました。大好きなお店で食べるようなアイシングは、どうやって作るんだろうって、ずっと謎でした。 週末に、作ってみたいです😊 素敵なレシピをありがとうございます。

How do I put this...The structure of this cinnamon roll resembles more of a shokupan compare to the regular cinnamon roll, and cinnamon rolls aren't usually moist. But I just love the how cute these things came out! And the sounds you made are amazing!
