A simple exercise for experiencing the edges of your peri-personal space. You learn to center yourself through easy breathing, and use the motion of pushing to create space inside and around your body. You can "push away" without creating stress or tension inside your body. (FYI, the workshop has passed!)

07:00 RELEASE: Release push, staying open and spacious and claiming your peri-personal space
08:00 CLAIM YOUR SPACE: to feel calm and breath easily, we often need to establish our personal space clearly
