One of Gary Clark Jr.'s great songs - basic riff/rhythm pattern + some ideas for lead parts.

Thanks so much, I love this raw primal blues/rock sound, yet it has beauty to it. Really gets into my soul, great lesson, really helpful. Your instruction is very good and the video quality is excellent.

great vid! I hope you don't mind me adding that but to understand GCJ 'sound' and main influence listen to Majic Sam ( I recorded a good live performance of 'when my train pulls in' at RAH in 2013)
