Very good man had me in stitches. Thanks for the mention bro can't wait to get the datsun out to show the people of Manchester. I found fallout remover took the gold plate off three spokes for some reason so be careful with that. It was trols breath brand that I had a bad reaction with.

No!! Do not put WD-40!! It will collect every particle it comes into contact with and make the cleaning process at 457% HARDER!! The stuff you used to clean was fair. It’s an iron remover hence the smell and the color. No acid and PH balanced is a good thing for regular in between maintenance. However… “Them Thangz” wire wheel cleaner here in the states is the holy grail cleaner if your wheels haven’t received the care they command. For protection use “Mr Beasleys” metal/chrome protectant. It’s ceramic coating to protect AND make cleanings easy. Look it up at Obsessed Garage. But no, no, no, no, no, no WD-40 mate!!!

Thank you for the tip, we’re super limited out here in the UK, I know a guy managed to get some ‘Them Thangz’ and I’m impressed by the results, I’ll have to look up the protector you mentioned! Can’t seem to find it here

You can't used WD-40 to spray the Dayton and zenith wire wheels,, You can't spray here the wire spokes
