A drive through the town of Clendenin, West Virginia once the waters had receded enough to do so, just one of the many places hit hard by flooding.

i was working down there doing flood repair for aug-dec2016 doing welding bridge repairs. did alot of repairs around the queen shoals bridge.

I will pray for this town that has suffered so much and will contact the right authorities to help out. It is heart breaking. What is amazing is this type of flood happens about once every 1,000 years.

I have some pictures of the flood that i took,,,,,,i grew up in area and still have family there THE PATTON 'S , and you may know my brother CFD. FRANK KIRK ,,,,That flood was devastating i could not believe all the store that were gone,,,,my favorite when i came into town DQ 😊

My grandmother and great grandmother lived in this town In Clendenin,WV grandmother is 65 and greatgrandmother is 92 GOD IS GREAT THEY SURVIVED BUT BARELY THEY HAD 5 animals including my genueia pig and if he would’ve died and the My would’ve died then I would’ve died but GOD IS GREAT

Does anyone know how much of this flood was "CLEAR CUT Run-off (?) In the Richwood area? Are there recent clear cuts ? Is there MountainTop Mining, contributing ? In any case, ask Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas what they think of Geo-Engineering Floods.
