Laguna's leg is still cramping 😂 because her shape that actually she's genderless because she's a dark cloud.

For a being that wants to drown everything in a literal Cloud of Darkness, they are rather considerate and patient with the man with the machine gun. Not attacking while his leg cramps up, correcting him on words he gets mixed up, and even offering some pity for his current circumstance.

Makes sense. Cloud of Darkness doesn't operate on a morality sense and as a result is one of the least hostile villains on the Chaos side and probably THE least hostile one to still be an outright villain (so Golbez and Jecht don't count here) She seeks balance and order in the world and her version of it is when light or darkness gets too strong, wipe everything out and return it to the Void so it can start anew. She gives Laguna that intel because she utterly despises the Manikins and believes them to be a mockery of the balance she seeks, but as a Warrior of Chaos, can't exactly do anything about them herself. So if a Warrior of Cosmos were to happen to stumble onto their source and happened to shut them down and happened to die doing it, well can she really be faulted for it? Though Kefka later decides that yes she absolutely can.

The first time I played this, when I got here I lol'd so friggin hard when he had a leg cramp. Thanks for bringing back fond memories. I do something similar with my vids, pure gameplay with no commentary to interrupt it :)

I think I would feel the same as CoD, I wouldn't know what to do if my enemy gets a leg cramp during the fight Also, is it just me or CoD's snakes are really cute when they're trying to protect them?

I like that in the japanese version, Laguna says "what those things were called? illuminations?" And Cloud of Darkness responds with "Imitations" but she sounds so done with him, it's so funny 😂

The fact that Laguna managed to break through and romance CoD is unbelievable, though it takes on this form it's not human let alone female and as far as I'm aware it's a force of nature sort of deal, so it should have been nigh impossible to reason with it.

if I'm not wrong, Onion Knight (and Desh, on Opera Omnia) refer to CoD as "it", while the characters from other worlds use "she/her"

She's a female form, in its original form, she's a greenish cloud, however. She refers to herself as "we" because the little yellow things are independent parts of one being.
