The new train cam location looks like Blue Island , Illinois. Those three trestle bridges are very familiar to that location.

I can't believe it! That last train with all the CN units on it was being led by a single UP engine when it passed right by me in Broadview Illinois on December 17th!!! I thought I'd never see that awesome lashup again! Sucks to hear that these beautiful locomotives are possibly being led to scrap though. 😢 Anyway, that mystery spot looks like Blue Island Illinois to me. SO glad you caught this train!

Ive never.seen a.BNSF train use a conventional Hopper car as a buffer car. I'm sensing this train is going back to Eastern South Dakota where it can go directly back to LG Everist Sand and Gravel which provides BNSF with ballast Looking forward to the Blue Island camera

Broadway Street Blue Island ill. South suburb of Chicago. 8 tracks strong. Including one to the left of that camera. Hopefully it’s a PTZ since beyond that street going over all these tracks is the Rock Island Metra to Joliet.
