Today we are making Kerala Special Coconut Chammanthi in 2 ways..
This is very easy , simple and healthy too.. perfect side dish for Dosa , or Idly.. Enjoy
Ingredients:- Red Chammanthi
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Shallots - 6-7 nos
Red Chillies - 2-3 Nos ( Chilly Powder - 1/2 Tsp)
Salt
Water - 1 1/2 Cup ( as per your taste)
White Chammanthi
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Green Chilly - 1 -2 nos
Ginger - 1 Pc
Shallots - 6-7 nos
Salt
Water - 1 1/2 Cup
Seasoning :-
Coconut Oil - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Shallots - 1 Tbsp
Red Chillies - 1-2 Nos
