Coconut Loaf Cake | Simple and Easy to make Desiccated Coconut Cake
INGREDIENTS:
Maida [All purpose flour ] - 1 cup
Egg - 2
Powdered Súgar - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 cup

I tried this cake today and turned out amazing.... soft and easy to slice. I used the measuring cups available in market to prepare this cake n it was perfect. One can purchase a set of measuring cups in which 1 cup =250 ml. Also used 7 inch rectangular baking loaf pan. Baking time was exactly same as in the video. Kripa....pls can you share pineapple upside down cake recipe.... thanks

All kidding aside, you have wonderful replies, everyone loves your recipes, I may try to make a microwave coconut 🥥 cake with a white box mix, 1/2 the box an egg or 2, oil 1/4cup, water, or coconut milk like lady above suggested, vanilla, & vanilla coffee creamer to up vanilla flavor, & shredded coconut. Put in an empty microwave meal dish saved after a tiny meal, nuke it about 3 minutes, for 1/4, to 1/2, fill the microwave dish. Save the other 1/2, & cook after testing, first one. Cake in 3 minutes, freezing left overs, to keep my mits off sweets, & rethink strict diet.
