What ingredients do I need to make a Galician empanada?
For the mass:
Common wheat flour, 600 g.
1 egg.
200 ml of water.
80 g of olive oil.
80 g of butter.
15 g of fresh yeast.
Salt.
For the filling:
2 large onions.
600 g of desalted cod.
100 g of raisins (seedless).
Olive oil.
Paprika and saffron.
If there is a party, there is empanada. It is the oldest and most traditional recipe of my land.
