Aside from the Aquaman Omnibus. My most anticipated book would be Deathstroke The Terminator Omnibus Vol 1.

Hyped for the Second Waid Flash omni, especially the previously uncollected Annuals Small problem though, it's missing the crossovers with Nightwing and Green Lantern that are collected in waid 6 Maybe the solicit is a little wrong, maybe they were cut for other collections, maybe they'll be in Waid omni 3

Scrolled down to see if anyone else had mentioned this. I think Flash Plus Nightwing is listed in the omnibus as Flash Plus #1. The omnibus seems to be missing Flash/GL #1-2 and a story from Showcase 96 #12. Interestingly it lists annuals #7 and #9 which are nor written by Waid and are not in the trades.

Batman Zero Year might just be my first Absolute Edition. That is my favorite story from the New 52 run, can’t wait. Also isn’t issue 28 part of the Batman Eternal storyline? I’m glad they did not include it, having it in there would have break the flow of the story in my opinion.

Aquaman and flash by waid book 2 are my highlights Atlantis chronicles will not be collected good to know looking forward to a lot of these, I can see what here doing with Hellblazer probably the better idea as not every writer of that run was for every one. Good to see that DC has turned up the oven and are indeed cooking

The animal man is especially weird as it doesn't mention the secret origin issue that was in the Omni, and it still has more pages

on the one hand i love the aquaman omni...on the other i hate omnis with 8000 pages :( omnis need to be capped at 1200 imo

I'm SO excited for Aquaman Omnibus by Peter David, but I kinda hope the original cover they showed with him swimming with Sharks, Whales & Rays. Him on the throne is great, but I liked the vast deep ocean, surrounded by some of the toughest ocean critters, assembled for War/Assault. Any idea which one is the official cover, or if we can choose? Either way, this currently my most wanted upcoming Omnibus release. Flash by Mark Waid Volume 2 is on my list, but I still need Volume 1 😭 TOO MANY OMNIBUSES I NEED

that batman elseworlds cover i would assume was done by kelley jones... my god man what did he do to batman's musculature? his left arm is a WALNUT of knotted muscle. and its so much shorter than his right arm. i really enjoy Kelley jones batman artwork most of the time but this is horrendous.

In Italy, Panini Comics (which owns DC publication rights, here) published two days ago a Hellblazer by Jamie Delano omnibus, one volume. It has just 1288 pages 'cause it contains Hellblazer (1988) #1/40, Swamp Thing (1985) #76/77, Hellblazer Annual (1989) #1, The Horrorist (1995) 1/2 and Vertigo Secret Files: Hellblazer (2000) #1. But I went for this original DC omnibus coming out in October 'cause it will have more content, considering a second volume (and well, I just like reading the original language too).

Kind of crazy to me that they didn't try to squeeze The Atlantis Chronicles into that Aquaman omni. It is technically adjacent rather than part of the run but it's easily the best thing Peter David wrote in regards to Aquaman imo

The decision to cut down the Great Darkness Saga removing the previous Paul Levitz issues to me is really baffling. I wish they would just reprint the old one. I have been trying to hunt down that specific Great Darkness Saga version forever, without paying an arm and a leg on eBay. I believe same thing also happened with Batman and Son trade paperback where for a while it came with the Black Glove included but now the current version is a reprint of the old version, without the Black Glove. I imagine it has something to do with the cover price of the book and DC trying to keep it the same in response to inflation and cutting the previously collected material out.

Oh no, there’s way too much stuff I like this month 😂 I’m probably the most excited for Hellblazer omni, but I kind of wish it simply contained the 40 (?) first issues. I’m really happy to see that DC has been reprinting a lot of Grant Morrison lately! Flex Mentallo is probably my most wanted comic of theirs, but I’m not sure if a reprint is legally possible. Still, getting We3 and the Filth is awesome!

Wow, this is the first I've heard about some of these! Flash by Mark Waid Vol. 2! The Cult: Deluxe Edition! Hellblazer! SIgn me up! I'm thinking about the Aquaman Omni too, even though I already have two volumes of custom Omnis. It'll depend on the paper stock, I think.

That Aquaman run is the BEST. I have all the Omni content in Floppies. Recently re-read it again and man, soooo good. Dolphin was amazing

I really wish that aquaman was broken down into 2 books , I was so happy wen I heard they changed X-Men road to onslaught to 2 omnibus instead of 1 huge one .

Finally Peter David's Aquaman is coming. Get it folks, it's a wonderful read. I'm still annoyed DC cancelled the trades after customers have already spent money on them. Plus i prefer reading in trades or OHC's. Here's hoping they'll release trades for these in the future

Um why did the other Pérez Wonder Woman volume one have 1-24 and this only has 1-14? I don’t see a need to buy this one if it has less issues

This is the reprint of volume 1 of the 6 compendiums that only had issues 1-14 not a reprint of the omnibus
