I really enjoy your videos. I mentioned recently that I was waiting to be assessed for ADHD with Psychiatry UK. I got diagnosed last month with combined ADHD. I’m waiting to go on medication and have found your tips really helpful. I don’t know if you know but sleep disorders can go hand in hand with ADHD. I have delayed sleep disorder and sleep apnea. I’m also a healthy weight so very unusual to have sleep apnea. Sending love to you and your furry friends. My cat and I say hi. 😃🐈🐰

Congratulations on your diagnosis! I hope your journey with medication goes well, I felt really nervous to try meds but it's definitely enhanced my understanding of ADHD and it's great to feel like there's something tried and tested there to support you. Oh right, that's interesting to know. I've always had intense dreams which i feel is a positive most of the time but makes sense that it's related to ADHD. Thank you 🧡 Hello 🐱 cats have awesome personalities.

I'm autistic and awaiting an ADHD assessment (if I ever send the bloody forms off lol) Nothing wrong with being both :)

Aw thank you! 🫶🏼 in hindsight it’s easier to accept and work with yourself than be in denial haha.

Probably you need rice or noodle for dinner to get better sleep? As i notice, eating carbs makes me sleepy. While eating protein like eggs or fishes makes me awake all night. (unless you can fall asleep from hearing boring podcast. Not sure the genre podcast that makes you bored tho). And the problem with manifesting that i ve noticed is: its so exhausting. Atleast for me. As i understand, getting what you want (from manifestation) is supposed making you happy. But it seems im not really happy getting of what i want, because of the exhaustion.

Oooo I see, I guess a heavy stomach which carbs tend to do does make you sleepy. I definitely am able to fall asleep listening to podcasts (pretty much anything) but I try to listen to bedtime stories. Hmm, interesting. I see your point, I'm not one of those who wakes up and writes manifestations or goals down and I rarely even journal at night time, just more so trying to flip every negative thought into a positive version. The main way I manifest is by vocolasing whatever it is I want for myself. Seems to work a lot of the time and is fairly easy to do. I do script from time to time and that can be quite fun to look back on.

@@SianKatie I would set the computer/laptop off automatically after couple hours. Cuz, if the podcasts kept running while you slept, it would rather disturb your sleeping, i think. "flip every negative thought into a positive version", i like that, eh.
