Hi Mr James, I do automotive detailing for a living and have tried many different hair removal solutions. The pet rock / furzoff / pumice stone that you used does a fantastic job. But for sensitive materials like wood grain, or plastic trim inside of a car it can very easily scratch it. I've also had it actually damage some carpet. The Lilly Brush is what all detailers recommend, but like you said it's extremely time consuming to use. What I find works the best for me, is using a rotating brush head first and foremost, then follow it up with something like the Lilly Brush or a rubber dish glove. Hope that helps, love your channel!

Came here to say this. A lot of detailers use the stone but you have to be VERY careful around plastic. I've scraped up some trim pieces with even the lightest touch from the stone. Good for large areas but for the detail work the Lilly Brush is the best.

Love the variety here with different fabrics and situations! Really appreciate the effort and so so much dog love. Angela Brown (the queen of house cleaning!) did say the pumice stone one works best on those car fabrics, where the hair tends to REALLY dig in and stay embedded in the fibers, and one way to help the stone rub it off easier is to dampen the fabric itself first with a 7:1 water-fabric softener solution to loosen it up.

Hey james been watching the channel since the early days and love all of the small improvements its had. Apologies in advance about the long comment but I wanted to tell ya that ive worked in the car detailing buisness for 6 years now and have been using the furzoff on the interiors for all 6. The comment u mentioned about it ripping cheap carpet is somewhat true. Loose carpet like car (not the floor mats) the actual carpet does actually tear up but sometimes when stuff is stuck to carpet it comes in handy if used properly. The way it wears is slighty odd too as the rock gets used daily hours on end it doesnt flatten or bald it actually just fades away until it doesnt exsist of course replacement is recomended well before then. Anyways theres my exp with the furzoff. Stay healthy James!

The mini pet hair remover does indeed work well on car interiors (carpet and seats) but to me its still a lot of work so I just bought a whole pet seat cover . Its padded, water proof, scratch proof and the best thing is its easy to clean. I just use a wet microfiber cloth to wipe away the dirt/hair and I'm done in less than a minute. Please do a review on these seat cover for pets, there's a bunch in amazon. Also it's another reason to see more of Bailey.😃

I’m in my late 60s with decades of pet hair experience. Cats, dogs, goats, poodle mixes, long or short hair, terriers, Labrador retrievers, mixed breeds all have been a part of my life experiences. I liked the pet wedge best because of the more gentle texture to protect materials. Almost all of these work best with a vacuum close by. By far and the least expensive remover on furniture and clothing has ever been my damp hand. A damp wash cloth or my bare damp hand. EXTRA helpful tip… When doing cooking prep, white paper towels are wonderful for removing poultry skin and fat deposits. Thank you and Bailey for sharing your experience with these methods. Regards…

Thanks for the videos, Loved them all. I tried the 6pack green dish scrubbers from the dollar tree, they worked the same as the wedge. I was kind of impressed with the results. for a quick clean up on black jeans.. at the moment.. it cleaned like 90% of hair off, I have a tuxedo cat. I tried to clean it afterwards, it was sort of a pain for me so figured it did the job for the day so I disposed it. one last this it's kind of abrasive so not recommended on polyester.

Bailey!! You 2 were so cute. I loved Bailey's bloopers. I believe you were thinking of a pumice stone that people use to remove callouses on their feet, I feel like it would be too rough on many fabrics. The Lilly is too small and too much work for big jobs but would be useful to keep in a glove box or briefcase. The Wedge is just a junk of industrial foam that's used as a filter medium in many applications including aquariums, the draw back I see to it is cleaning the hair off it.

Thank for the comparison. We have two Corgis and over the years various other pets with long fur. I don't believe one thing is the best over all because it depends on how much fur and the material. I've used the wedge you presented for years on the car carpet, works great. It helps to gather finer fur that can then be sucked into the vacuum. The search continues and again, thanks.

One test I'd like to see on every product is only dug-in hair. Like hair that's partially in the fabric. I bought the Fur Wizard but it only takes loose hair. I have a collie and a gerberian shepsky which equals a lot of white hair stuck everywhere.

As an owner of the furzoff (however it's spelled) I've been meaning to purchase a lily brush (and keep forgetting) because the rock is way too coarse. On older carpets and materials it can very easily damage them, and with even moderate use, I've found the rock to actually be reducing in size. There are sections of it that I have flattened out with a single use, so it won't last as long as the wedge or the lilly brush I would imagine. It does work great though, despite some of the worn off bits of the stone being left behind in the cleaned material. Vacuuming pulls it right up. Not a concern with the other 2 products.

Could you do a review on the fog spray that they have for people that wear glasses that have to wear the mask you know the stuff that basically keeps your glasses from fogging up One of the products on Amazon is called cat crap and I was wondering if you could do a review because I do physical therapy now three times a week do to my head on collision I had back on December 31st where I broke 8 bones and I have to wear a mask and I'm looking for something I can put on my glasses so I can keep them from not fogging up when I'm working out please let me know thank you

I found if I fold down a bit of kitchen roll, or that blue tissue roll stuff in to a long strip and slip it across my nose to sit just under the metal nose grip of the mask its stopped my visor and glasses fogging up at work, nothing else has worked for me but it does look and feel a little bulky.

I bought the lily 'brush'. I was sceptical how good it was, but it really, really shines on carpets. Definitely the best car tool I've bought.

The best one I've found is the Pledge Fabric Sweeper. They are disposable but I found it you break off a little piece you can empty it and put it back together to use again.

That spongy thing is the same stuff I have in the gutters on my house. It works great for keeping debris from clogging gutter spouts.

10:13 that would've been me! The glorified credit card, though maybe a little more tedious, looks like it performs in similar fashion (possibly a little better according to what the scraping material is) to a dollar store squeegee which I personally love for carpet. A squeegee will even get 10 yr old embedded hair out. Don't ask me how I know. The stone looks like a marketed pumice stone. Car detailers swear by that as the best thing to take pet hair out of automotive carpet. They also depill clothes (shirts, sheets, etc) and take stains off toilet bowls. I'm thinking of trying one out as well.

We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. The best thing I have used (factor in price and performance) is a $1 squeegee from Dollar Tree...works like a dream on fabric couch cushions. Same concept as the Lily brush, but is much faster due to the increased length. For my lamp shades I use a sticky lint roller- the giant sized evercare extra sticky (blue label/handle)brand.

If you're going to remove fur from a shirt, I feel like a lint brush makes more sense. E.g., the Hurricane Fur Wizard that you already reviewed.

I used to have a rough coat Saint Bernard (RIP Gracie), and in the summer it used to float in the air and was on every surface. We used the old fashioned red velvet like mitts. Those worked the best. Bailey is adorable 😍 I

I used a Lilly brush on my carpet and seats of the car and it worked well IF you use different angles and short fast strokes. I was rather impressed with how well it works but I must admit the design is very simplistic and seems like I can find something lying around the house that would work just as well . Being rather inexpensive I didn't mind the purchase.

I am not a fan of Lilly Brush but in the long term, it will keep your ( whatever you used It on ) as it is not like the Fur-Zoff and it is easier to clean than the Pet Wedge and that is why most of the car detailer that I know give a high rating for Lilly Brush. thank you for the great video.

I like the Lilly brush best cause the others a rough and can scratch things that are close to carpet. Mostly used for car detail. Also for fine fabric the others it can shred them.
