Coach... I just tried this workout today. I am a 62 years old female. Though it is a single dumbbell workout, I still find it really challenging. I used 25,20 and 15 pounds weights for this workout. It gave me a feeling of accomplishment. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and producing such workouts.🙏
