Ask and ye shall receive! I am finally doing another men's treatment video. This one is an all-over injectables male make-over, focusing on replacing lost volume and giving our model a bit of a glow-up.

My name is Dr Sarah Tonks, and I'm an aesthetic physician based in Knightsbridge, London. I have degrees in both medicine and dentistry, and diplomas in cosmetic science and dermatology (I've got a bit of an education addiction🤓) and have been practicing medical aesthetics for over 10 years. I've been featured in Tatler, Hello, Vogue and on ITV's This Morning and Channel 4's Bodyshocker - but I still have so much to get off my chest, so I decided to create this channel!

He looked so much better after the procedure, especially the jaw and chin area. Eye brow area is also much better looked lifted. Overall he looked 10 years younger. Good job!

Heather erm.... if you’re 1.5cm close to the orbital rim then inject superficial; if you’re above that then inject onto the bone? If you’re using a cannula go from a lateral to medial direction? That sort of thing?!

Amazing work!!!!! Question- Can you please explain how come Botox, although numbing the muscle, can actually lift the brow? I thought it would actually do the opposite because I thought the brow is held by the muscle, so if we numb it, it will drop.. I obviously don't understand the physics of the muscles, so I would love it if you could explain it.. Thanks :) xxx

Wonderful! Two questions; why not address the asymmetry in the NL folds? To improve this a bit, wouldn't it make a nice difference to treat his left nasal labial fold at least? Would you treat the commissures in his case?

I hadn’t really considered that treating men would be different than women. That’s real interesting to learn. And ouch about it being more painful at the beard area!

you said that the long part of eyebrow should be as long as the space between eyes. But in your post pic, it is longer and he looks better. Can you explain why?

Raffaele Corrente ah sorry, the whole length of the brow should be the phi so 1.618 of the distance in between the eyes, and from the head of the brow to the peak, that should be the same as the distance between the eyes. However pretty much nobody looks good when the tail of the brow is lower than the head of the brow so by lifting it up it tends to look better! This was done with filler in the temple and eyebrow and Botox to lift the brow

Just to get an idea, how much is aprox. this full face “harmonizing” treatment? I also would like to point that the first part where you show all the “imperfections” make me feel a bit unconfortable, i mean, i see a face; you see mistakes. im not blaming you, its your job, its just an impression.

ROVIROV you know what, you’re right. I need to find a better way to say it! Usually when we talk about this stuff we are saying it to other doctors, not to the public, so it’s easy to get depersonalised. If you have any suggestions on how it could be phrased more nicely I would love to hear it!!

On his relaxed face, I really like the elevated eyebrows and lids. Althozgh I can tell some of it is lighting. Why do you have to use differe t lighting in the before and after? I know it's ales techniques and they are very subtle, but it still bothers me. I can tell that every "After"-picture is brighter, their skintones more even (How do you do that with filler?) And there seems to be a slight bit more eyemake up and evern skight brow make up, where there wasn't any before. Maybe it's al done in post with Photoshop. Anyway. I think smiling he looks better, fresher and younger without the fillers.

Johannes Halberstadt because they are taken on 2 separate days. I have a videographer come in, set up the lighting and cameras, I don’t do it myself. The still images are screenshots from video. He’s not wearing make up though, that’s just him. For the next séries Im filming I may have a different way of taking the static pictures, depends if it gets delivered in time or not. I disagree with the better before comment
