If you like injectables then you're going to love energy-based devices! I take a look into how we can combine these two treatments to give you the best possible results (and... as it's been a little while!) I also give us a quick reminder of how our bodies age with reference to the bone, soft-tissue, and the skin 👩🏼‍🏫
In this episode I cover fractionated microneedling, fractionated picosecond lasers, and fractionated non-ablative lasers.
#INTRAcel #morpheus8 #picosure

Good to see you back Sarah. Please talk about Exosome at some point, I had a few sessions of Exosome with micrineedling and I am blown away by the result. Hooked on to it now lol. I worry about any heating device because of it's impact on facial fat and beard follicles. Can these cause facial fat loss & beard greying? Also, which filler would be best to add about 0.5 mm volume to my temples? I would love to see you in person if you are based in London. Thank you.
@DrSarahTonks

So generally the hair in the beard stops growing for a week after radio frequency microneedling but it comes back! Facial fat loss- too deep and too much energy. Temples I usually use Belotero Intense or Juvéderm Voluma but there are loads of candidates. I have never tried exosomes! Was looking into pre packaged ones as the autologous ones seem like a pain to produce. Have always been in London!
@arpandutt
@arpandutt Жыл бұрын
@@DrSarahTonks Thank you Sarah, yes I had the pre packaged ones where you have to mix the two serums before applying on freshly needled skin, they worked for me! my crows feet are gone! even though it still naturally wrinkles when I smile but no longer forms any permanent lines. Could RF Microneedling kill off melanocytes? I would like to come see you if possible. Do you have a website peraps where I can arrange an appointment?
@DrSarahTonks

@@arpandutt I’ve never heard of a case where it’s killed off melanocytes no! One of my colleagues has used the ones you make yourself from your own blood and it takes HOURS!!! You can book at thelovelyclinic.co.uk/book-a-consultation/

I had Juvoderm Voluma put in my temples and side of my forehead and had great results. I had noticed fat loss in those areas from aging and was self conscious and I'm so happy I had it done. I noticed my mom has the same issue. I've tried to get her to do it too, but she hasn't so far. Shes late 60s and might just not care. (I'm female btw.)

Btw what did the microneedling improve with you? Skin tightening? I'm wanting something like that for myself.

Great video, Thanks so much, Congratulation on becoming a mother which in my opinion is the hardest and most rewarding experience of my life. I have been thinking purchasing and RF/microneedling device for home use to tighten the skin on my body because in-office treatments in US is so expensive. I have heard this kind of device can cause some fat loss which sounds great for the body, and not so much for the face. What are you thoughts on that? In your opinion, what are some of the key features that are important to consider when purchasing such a device ? Would love to know your thoughts.

Try a micro current device like Nu Face maybe, no issues with fat loss there and the studies on this kind of tech are promising and yes it’s very hard but he’s very cute!!

What's more natural about lasers is that the laser signals the body to heal.. there isn't anything natural in your body as with filler.. filler doesn't fully get metabolized by the body and basically just spreads out leading to the need of more and more filler and people end up looking unnatural at times. With lasers, you can't ever tell they had lasers done. But there are ways to see that you've had filler
