Good work, pls give sand to cement ratio. It is sharp sand or building ( smooth) sand. The best thing is to pour the cement liquid on top to give that smoothness to the floor. Well done hard working guys 👦👍

Sand to cement ratio usually 1 :3 3 part sand 1 part cement

One earthquake with magnitude 4 or 5 and Iit will crack open. good for low cost flooring tho

They do it this way because they don’t have a concrete truck to do one pour quickly in order to level it

This is not that big room. They can mix it using shovel.

No way, look at how much time they spent just to level it even without gravel, that is even before they soaked it down after leveling. If you do it with bucket by bucket quantity, you will get a ridiculously humpy surface

They don't need a truck for this project. Maybe a small concrete mixer could have made it a lil easier, but some people prefer doing it the good ol' Shove n Boots way.

Where I live, pre-mix cement trucks are very expensive. It only makes sense when it's cheaper than hiring manual laborers.

@@joeygordon7265 I have tried mixing it with a mixer, the result was not good. I would pay 20% more for premixed because their concrete is better and leveling is easier when done in one pour
