This was a game changer for me. It seems so simple, like nothings happening, but really so much is happening.
My left leg has always been lagging behind the right.
During meditation, my left side-body felt like a black hole. And my right side-body was lit up,bright and light.
After practicing this technique repeatedly before hiking, yoga, working out, or even just before bed, my left side started to show up and work better.
I still need to remind my left leg to do more, but it’s much easier to do so now than it was before.

Great awareness! That’s the first step in reconnecting that area through the nervous system and through your body. Keep practicing, and in time, little by little, you will feel a difference!
