the EP recognizes the OCA as a canonical church but its autocephaly is in question...ROC recognizes it autocephaly but EP and many of the older jurisdictions do not

if the OCA is in communion with the ROC, and ROCOR is part of ROC, is ROCOR in communion with the EP?

The OCA is fully canonical. The EP recognizes the OCA as canonical.

Non of these men have orders and their sect is not of the Orthodox Church but outside the church
