This conservation of mechanical energy physics video works through two example problems to show you how to use conservation of energy to determine the potential energy, the kinetic energy, total mechanical energy and the height and velocity of an object as it moves along its path.
Because there are no nonconservative forces such as friction the total mechanical energy of the objects always remains the same. In both examples there is a continuous conversion of potential energy into kinetic energy and then back again.

thanks, the car would eventually stop, if we assume it stops at h=0, both potential and kinetic become 0 and Em is no longer 660000

Do more difficult problems, more often than what you do. Impulses, etc.

The video is geared towards middle schoolers. I do have others you can search for under conservation of energy.
