Hi zafer, I want to use this for a 12 volt dc ( computer fan) is this pausible to use it ? , or do I need other components ? Greetings from 🇳🇱 the Netherlands 🌷👋

I don't think so. A comp fan works if DC source is connected with correct polarity. The reverse polarity will give no effect - the fan will stay stagnant. In the case of this film, the DC motor is able to rotate in both directions. PC fans can not do this. At least these that I have in my drawer.

Hello, this circuit is suitable for 5 volts, and the computer fan will only rotate in one direction due to its structure. However, you can take a look at the 12 volt directional control circuits made with mosfet on the channel, they are available in old videos.

Если есть регулятор, должен регулировать. В данном случае не вижу смысла даже в микросхеме

Why are you misleading people, you start soldering from the wrong side, it will never work because when testing you use a completely different microcircuit soldered on the other side of the correct one
