We need to see and ACCEPT, Reality . The reality of our self ( most important of all, it's the foundation) and the reality of life on life's terms, as it presents itself. This, is known as ' the things we cannot change' our emotional respons to happenings is irrelevant to the event. It is however the ONLY thing we can change. If your house was on fire, you are just as good dancing as beating your fists on the floor crying, none change the reality. Life doesn't owe us a thing and doesn't care of our irrelevant protestations to occurrences, life as it suits or doesn't us. We get over things one way or another. It's quicker and better when we accept the facts, they have happened and they exist no more. It takes energy to dig up old ghosts and put flesh and bones of your imagination to it them. keeping the very non existent history alive to torture yourself with. Shine your light of REALITY on your problems, how much of them are your imagination of what will be?. Be honest with your self about what you know for a FACT and what you do not know for a fact. Life is happiness and suffering, we all experience them over and over. At some point the worst time so far of your life has finished and exists no more, and you didn't die! Let it go, drop the chains of guilt and remorse and get on with it. 😉

Hi, I have a question; Many times I used the energies of Marijuana, while that I always focused on the inside work, meditated and observed reality to learn and understand. It helped me to gain a lot of wisdom, opened layers to understand, change my behavior into positive ones, strengthened my patience and so on. I have those information and knowledge always with me, not only in the slightly suspended reality with the effects of cannabis. As I said I use it for the sake of positivity and development of inner faculties, divine spark and psychic powers. It seems like it is one of the keys that are in nature. What do you think about this ? I also never had problems, nor bad withdrawals. Peace/Salam.

Love your videos and agree education is important when taking any drug. I would suggest you listen to Terence Mckenna was an American ethnobotanist who advocated for the responsible use of naturally occurring psychedelic plants. He spoke and wrote about a variety of subjects, including psychedelic drugs, plant-based entheogens, shamanism, metaphysics, alchemy, language, philosophy, culture, technology, environmentalism, and the theoretical origins of human consciousness
