One cannot imagine the trauma of a person who has been trafficked. The manipulation, guilt, pain, suffering, torture that these victims might feel from the onset and throughout their lives must be enormous. Even worse would be if the culprit was someone you know (close family member, teacher, coach, etc,.) The conviction that this person received IS WHAT All judges should give from the first time a monster like this is caught. This person was allowed out of jail over 50 times for the same heinous crime!!! Judges and the courts need to do better for the victims who cannot speak as they are afraid and traumatized or to young to voice the torture.

It depends on the state and the terms and conditions of sentencing. (Eg: In Illinois you can get 1 day off of your sentence for every day served with good behavior so, in his case, a 40 year sentence would have him out at 64 years old at the oldest. This is before any further attempts at appeals and reductions in sentencing. Idk how Colorado works, but with the overwhelming mountain of evidence against him, he was better off trying to negotiate the best deal possible rather than taking it to trial. )

I suppose it varies from state to state and depends on the severity of said murder. Mind you, he was offered a plea deal and could've served 40 but he was dumb enough to reject it and got that 448-year sentence instead. Actually 40 would've been more reasonable than 20 but considering the horrors of what he put his victims though I am not sad he got 400+ years.

Because all judges are Masonic, which is obviously occultic. When one has the earthly power and authority of a judge, 448 years insures that he will not only spend the rest of this life in prison, but when he returns, born again, his remaining karmic time will still be paid. The way that looks in our 3D world could be an example of being born in prison from a mother who is an inmate. Who then goes on, for example, as an adolescent ends up at the wrong place at the wrong time & gets caught up for something that he actually didn't do, yet is charged and sentenced for. The 448 years given by the judge locks him into his karmic debt on earth which basically equals multiple lifetimes of extreme poverty and incarceration, which will seem like a generational curse. Hope that helps.

While I support when the punishment fits the crime but with the average life expectancy of a man in prison being around 64 years old, giving that man a 448 year sentence is ridiculously unrealistic. In reality, even if that man lived until he was 80, depending how one looked at it would mean his sentence was either life without parole or since he is 44, just a 36 year sentence. It’s some kind of fantasy thinking that makes 448 years sound worse than life without parole, but IT IS THE SAME THING. America should rethink it’s sentencing guidelines. Stop giving victims fluff numbers.
