Okay so you can try khichdi( hotchpotch in english and Indian dish) indian mothers make this often when someone is sick Recipe: 1. In a pressure cooker add ghee and then roast some cumin and bay leaf for a few second or until the aroma hits you 2. Add finely chopped ginger garlic and roast them till they are golden 3. Add tomatoes and saute them for a few minutes. Add turmeric(1/2 teaspoon), salt to taste, chilli powder, cumin amd coriander powder(1/2 teaspoon each), cumin and coriander powder is optional and saute them. 4. Add veggies like carrots, peas, potatoes etc and saute them 5. Wash the lentils and rice throughly( i know you won't) 6. Add it to the pressure cooker. Add 4 cups of water and mix them well. Pour 4 cups of water for porridge like consistency. 7. Cover the pressure cooker. On a medium flame pressure cook till 4 whistle for soupy consistency (easy to swallow as fever may cause throat pain). 8. After 4 whistle let the pressure cooker release its pressure naturally and then you can have your khichdi and you can garnish it with more ghee. GET WELL SOON ❤❤

i also have a cottage cheese dessert recipe!! put 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of dates in the blender, you can add some cream or coconut milk to make it more liquidy if need be and i also like to add a squeeze of honey and a pinch of cinnamon!! it's SOO good like a creamy rich mousse, especially if you serve it with walnuts on top
