呢個蛋糕只需攪拌就OK
超簡單,零失敗,冇唔整嘅理由!
呢個食譜仲可以做到軟心效果 ,入口即溶。

*建議早一晚整好,放入雪櫃雪一晚會更好吃。
材料 Ingredients:(6吋圓型模 6” inch Round Cake Pan)
忌廉芝士 Cream Cheese 300 g
鮮忌廉 Double Cream / Whipping Cream 200g
砂糖 Sugar 100 g
抹茶粉 Matcha Powder 15 g
雞蛋 Egg 2 pc
蛋黃 Egg Yolk 1 pc
低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 8g
做法:
1. 焗爐預熱攝氏230度。
2. 忌廉芝士於大碗中用打蛋器打至軟滑。
3. 加入砂糖、雞蛋和蛋黃攪拌均勻。
4. 加入忌廉拌勻
5. 分次篩入抹茶粉拌勻至沒有粉粒。
6. 最後篩入低筋粉拌勻。
7. 將蛋糕糊倒入舖好牛油紙的蛋糕模中
8. 放入焗爐焗20-22分鐘,或至蛋糕面焗至啡色。
9. 放涼後,放入雪櫃雪一晚後切件享用。
*蛋糕放涼後放入雪櫃一晚會更好吃。
*忌廉芝士、忌廉和雞蛋先放室溫最少半小時,令材料容易拌勻
Directions
1. Pre-heat the oven to 230 degree Celsius.
2. Add the cream cheese into mixing bowl, beat with handmixer until smooth.
3. Add in sugar , egg , egg yolk and mix well.
4. Add the double cream and mix well.
5.Sift the matcha powder, mix well until no lump.
6. Sift cake flour, fold the mixture well.
7. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan which lined with baking paper.
8. Bake the cake at 230 degree‘C for 20-22 minutes., until the cake becomes a bit dark brown on the top. (watch out, don’t let your cake burn)
9. Cool down, put in fridge overnight and serve.
Tips:
*The cake tastes the BEST if you put it in the fringe overnight.
*Cream cheese, double cream and egg in room temperature which help the mixture to incorporate well.
