makes sense to me. I'd definitely be willing to eat any reasonable tasting eatable fish if it would help the fisherman/fisherwoman and provide relief for our oceans

Now if it taste like trash... then indeed it is trash fish. I have a secret.. its Buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper... and ketchup. And a fryer... Btw , that''s just regular ol ketchup without the "Fructose Corn syrup" or whatever its called, missing. Most of the stuff I have fried comes out pretty good.

People are so stupid. I would buy the white flesh salmon all day and everyday for half the price. Biggest problem is that Americans don't know how to use fish. They just fillet it and cook it with butter and throw the best parts away.

Trash fish? How sad to be considered this. Why not stop eating seafood altogether. That will eliminate these "trash fish" from being wasted.
