BAHAMA BREEZE BEEF EMPANADAS RECIPE|| HOW TO MAKE|| BEEF PATE
INGREDIENTS
1.50lbs Ground beef
1/4 cup Carrots
1 large Russet potato
1/2 of each Belle peppers (all colors)
1 half white onion
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 cup Chicken broth
5 inch empanada disc
Oil for frying
Cooking filing at medium high heat 6/7 a at
🔴 Make sure filling is a little cooled down before putting it in the empanada dough
JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE DIP
room temperature cream cheese
Jalapeños
Tomatoes
Parsley
Cilantro
Onions
1/4 teaspoon Salt

This looks amazing but the empanada dip at Bahama Breeze is made with sour cream not cream cheese.

Girlfriend those look amazing! I just found your channel and I can't wait to try out some of your recipes. I have to say that you are very brave cutting up the jalapenos without wearing any gloves. As I typed this I realized that you can't put on gloves because of your beautiful nails. Duh🤦 just be extra careful and really wash your hands and under your nails with a good soap or dish soap to remove the oils from your skin and nail because it can really cause problems if you accidentally touch various parts of your body as the oils transfer from your hands and nails to wherever you touch. I had it happen even after washing my hands 4 different times. I always use gloves when cutting peppers and meats. Because I have hundreds of allergies I am constantly looking for different recipes I can use to change things up and find new inspiration for creating delicious meals while avoiding anything that might cause an allergic reaction. It can be a great challenge at times especially now that I have to be aware of how various foods are related to other plants and can cause my tolerance or sensitivity levels to max out and I become hyper sensitive to everything which can take weeks or months to reset and recover from. I actually just went through an episode of it and I am recovering from it still. My rescue Pomeranian managed to sneak outside and ran around the front yard and brought in multiple allergens on her fur and it triggered a massive allergic reaction and hyper sensitively to everything and dropped my tolerance levels to zero. Many baths later and I can tell a huge difference already.
