STEAKHOUSE LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE - HOW TO MAKE TENDER LOBSTER TAILS!; In this video, I'll show you how to make succulent and tender lobster, a simple cheese sauce using a reverse roux for ease, then top with a buttery crunch, for the ultimate Lobster Mac & Cheese, Steakhouse-Style.
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

{serves: 4 - 6}
1/2 pound cavatappi pasta (227 grams)
kosher salt / fresh finely ground black pepper
6 tablespoons unsalted butter - divided
1/3 cup panko (27 grams)
2 (8 ounce) wild lobster tails [2 (227) grams]
1 large shallot - finely diced
1 - 2 tablespoons cognac (15 ml)
1/2 cup half and half (125 ml)
4 ounces mascarpone (116 grams)
2 teaspoons ground mustard
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese (182 grams)
1 cup shredded gruyere cheese (89 grams)
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

I love this because you’re not yelling, using memes or stupid cartoony bits, or trying to make the video all about you. Its about the food. It’s intelligent, concise, and well produced. So many people go overboard trying to be edgy and cool to get likes and followers...yet they just end up being stupid, trashy, annoying, and idiotic. YUM!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe, I made it for my man for Valentine's day! I cooked an extra lobster the same as in your directions and served it on top of a petit angus sirloin steak with the lobster mac and a side of roasted parmesan asparagus (which was all well received!). I love your kitchen, btw. It would be nice to have a simple typed up recipe to follow, cooking along with the youtube video was a little tricky but manageable! Also I added some cayenne pepper and sweet smoked paprika since I only had cream cheese on hand, subbed cooking sherry for cognac, and scallions since that's what I had and we were snowed in.

This WAS DELICIOUS!!! idk if anyone tried this but I took your tip to save the shells for stock, and decided let half a shell stew with the pasta as it was finishing, really brought out the seafood taste without it being fishy.
