Thank you so much for all these videos you've done over the years Lucy 💝 Would you ever consider doing a specifically endometiosis-safe workout? The research shows that a lot of low-impact moves like you already show are great for people with endo! But I would love to see a plan with moves that are all great for the condition 💕

There are 2 questions After how long we should eat something or drink water or something after workout ..? And what’s the best time to do workout ..? Hope I’ll get the answer soon :) I have subscribed your channel for so many years…keep up your amazing work 🙌👏You are absolutely amazing with such gentle manner .
