I've been doing the same this week except on smaller stuff lol just got me a posi lock puller!
@EminHVAC9 жыл бұрын
You know I saw the posi lock at sears it was $100 on sale. it was the 5 ton one. I like the OTC brand I never had an issue. That big one I have been using it for over 3 years. On cars and HVAC.

Hey Emin, sometimes after I take the pulley off the hub I just grab the pulley and use it to tap the hub off. Works good a lot of the time. I love bearing/pulley jobs. The more seized on, the better.

Nice Video, They should had installed an automatic bearing greaser on the rear induced draft bearing. Looks like from the video, no ones been greasing it, it looked very dry! Thanks
@EminHVAC9 жыл бұрын
Yeah the back one was terrible. Not greased at all. That one is a scary one. I got it done and it will be in part 2. Thanks for watching.

I usually hammer a flat blade in the crack on the hub to spread it, then it comes out by hand like butter

Teach him not to roll belts on and off.Jack the motor back remove the belt. you can damage the belt or loose a finger.just saying.He will inherit the habits to show him.great job on the rest !!!
@EminHVAC9 жыл бұрын
I hear you. However I can't jack the motor back because of damaged motor adjustment rod mechanism. We have it on back order from BAC. You're absolutely correct on that.
