If you notice, when they “answer your question”, they either close their eyes (which is a tell, that they’re lying), or they look at each other, trying to change the topic, or trying to figure out a lie to change the subject (which are also tells, that they’re lying). Russel, if you noticed, his face turned red more and more that he was lying (which is a tell). The old boy who installs and reads the meters is also lying, he stumbles his words trying to cover his lie’s (which is another tell, that he’s lying). The bat that does the water billing, it’s obvious that she has no clue of what she’s doing. It took her how long just to get the microphone and speakers working. That whole committee didn’t even want to hear what that auditor had to say, and they were trying to not let that attorney hear about what was being said. I wouldn’t deal with the State’s Attorney’s office, I’d be contacting the State Attorney General’s office, and have them conduct the investigation and audit the books. The money’s going somewhere. Money from the water bills, and property taxes that the residents in that community pay, there shouldn’t be a deficit. The books should either be even or higher in the black, if someone is even billing the correct amounts. There’s definitely something going on in that community.
