Today we are making corn on the cob on the grill with husks left on!
Pellets I used: amzn.to/2JJWuEG
Updated version of the grill I am using: amzn.to/2Ls8Eas
Grilled corn on the cob is my favorite way of cooking corn on the cob! You can do this over direct flames or indirect heat. This time I am using the Camp Chef Woodwing Pellet Grill.
On the grill or in the kitchen, here in the MID-SOUTH, we do FLAVOR

I like drinking beer, then Grilling. 1. Drink till you get hammered, 2. Start gathering your ingredients 3. Drink more beer 4. Prepare your dish 5. Drink even more beer. 6. Put your dish on grill 7. Drink another beer. 8. Getting wrecked and tired. 9. Check out the food on grill. 10. Drink a half a beer 11. Too drunk to carry on any further. Pass out on bed. 12. Wake up the next morning. 13. Feel extremely hungry and sick 14. Start to remember what happened the night before. 15. Go out on deck and realize you left food on grill and still firing up. 16. Open grill lid and see nothing but Charcoal bracketed. 17. Stop drinking so much.

Use popcorn salt for COTC, it’s smaller grains stay on the corn easily once it buttered.

Looks great- but- why cut off that stalk end? It’s a perfect handle!!!!
@cameron5539
@cameron5539 2 жыл бұрын
The little pieces of silk are all connected at the stalk, so if you cut it off right above where it meets the corn you can work your way down the corn cob squeezing it from the top to bottom and the majority of the silk will come right off with the husk. It's a huge time saver

I have my personal favorite way, simple and short. You just separate the corn seeds from cob. mix them with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. and just put the mixture in a pan over the gas until they starts to look little brown. You can serve them with a garnishing of lemon.

Hey, you might wanna LOOSEN UP JUST A BIT AND TRY AND LIVE A LITTLE SOMETIMES!!! Jesus Christ lady… we ONLY live once, so you might just want to try and ENJOY life, for what it is, a bit more and try and not be so uptight about a little bit of sugar on your corn!!! I mean, after all, you sound a little sour anyways so that little bit of sugar might just do you a little good!?!?!? Ever think about that??? 👁

Too long. Peel back the husk, remove the silk, add a little butter and zap it in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Then cook on the grill in the husks over medium heat with the burgers. Test with a fork. If the corn is done before the burgers, just put it on the top rack of the grill. Looks good, tastes good.
@MidSouthFlavor
@MidSouthFlavor 5 жыл бұрын
Hey if that method works for you, go for it! I'm sure it will be good! The pellet grill does take longer. If you use a direct flame grill....20 minutes tops.
